Remember what a good night feels like
Few things wear a person down like broken sleep. The racing mind at bedtime, the 3am waking, the dread of the clock. Sleep can't be forced, but the patterns that block it can be gently changed, and hypnotherapy is particularly well suited to exactly that.

Does this sound like you?
Sleep problems tend to follow familiar patterns:
- Your body is exhausted but your mind won't switch off
- You fall asleep fine, then wake at 3am with your thoughts racing
- Bedtime itself has become something you dread
- You've tried apps, podcasts, pills and rules, and sleep still won't come
- Worry about not sleeping has become the thing keeping you awake
Working with sleep, not against it
The cruel trick of insomnia is that trying harder makes it worse. Hypnotherapy sidesteps that trap: sessions are deeply restful in themselves, and within them we retrain the racing-mind habit, rebuild your mind's association between bed and rest, and quieten the 3am worry loops at their source. You'll also learn simple techniques to use in the night itself, so waking stops meaning hours of staring at the ceiling.
One honest note: if there are signs of a medical issue such as sleep apnoea, I'll say so and suggest you speak to your GP alongside our work. Good sleep sometimes needs both.
